Warp Pipe (Super Mario Bros. Cocktail)
Ingredients:
3/4 shot Blue Curacao
1/2 bottle Mike’s Hard Limeade
1/2 shot Bols Melon
1/2 Lime (cut into wedges)Directions: Cut your half a lime into four wedges. Squeeze the lime juice into a highball glass and then drop them in the bottom. Add some ice overtop the limes, then pour in the Blue Curacao. Add the Mike’s Hard Limeade until the glass is almost full, then top with your Bols Melon. Stir a bit with a straw and enjoy. Tip: make sure you don’t add too much Bols Melon, or the melon flavor will overpower the lime. This is a great summer drink!
See how far the warp pipe goes…

Blue Lagoon
With spring break just around the corner, Blue Lagoon will sure compliment the night. Mix one shot each of gin, vodka, Blue Curacao liqueur in a tall glass filled with ice. Top with fresh lime juice and a shot of simple syrup. And, when your glass is empty blow the whistle to get your bartenders attention.

Honeydew Dream
This is not your typical drink. Process one organic honeydew melon in a juicer. Then mix three to four shots of Midori melon liqueur and two cups of soda water with the juice. Pour on the rocks and enjoy. For real style points, serve it up in nice tall glasses to highlight the color and body of your handiwork.

Flaming Lemon Drop
Pour Absolut Citron vodka into a shot glass and top off with a splash of Galliano herbal liqueur. Place one half lemon slice flat on the rim of the shot glass, put some sugar on the slice and soak the sugar with 151 proof rum. Now just before drinking, ignite the sugar. Blow the flame out when it seems to caramelize the sugar. Lick the sugar off the lemon slice, down the shot, and bite the lemon.

Fill a shaker 2/3rds full with ice cubes. Pour in roughly a tablespoon of dry vermouth. Make sure the vermouth is fresh! Nothing will destroy a martini more than that dusty bottle of vermouth sitting neglected for the last year. Rotate the shaker to coat the ice, then pour the vermouth right back out into the sink. There’s now just enough vermouth coating the ice to take the frost off, and to amplify the vodka in much the same way salt enhances an entrée.
Pour in a generous jigger of your favorite vodka (and maybe a splash or two more). Fit the top and shake until the sides are almost too chilly to hold — I diverge from tradition at this point, where (James Bond aside) stirred martinis are considered more clear and pure than those shaken to death. True, there are bubbles at first, and the ice does water down the drink a bit, but I will sacrifice immediate martini clarity (it clears very quickly) and alcohol strength for that amazingly wonderful layer of ice shrapnel on the top of the martini once it is poured.
Add a single, well-drained green olive, with a pimento (not bleu cheese, jalapeno, or caviar, nor excess of olive brine). Enjoy.

It won’t let me post the photo, but this is the site to look at how AMAZING it looks.
I do believe that THIS may be the one for us…
I want to be a bartender now really bad…my friend Nikki showed me her book that she ‘bought’ called “The Bartender’s Bible”. Gonna be buying one of these after I get out of the gym tomorrow…
